Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with 365pak

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 365pak ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), operated under international gaming licensing standards. The 365pak platform is accessible at https://365pak.club and through any associated mobile applications or services.

365pak is an online gaming platform offering casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, and related entertainment services. The platform is designed and operated specifically for eligible Pakistani users and international players who meet the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by 365pak, including but not limited to: cricket betting, PSL wagering, live casino games, slot machines, card games including Blackjack, table games, bonus programmes, loyalty schemes, payment services, and customer support interactions.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register an account and use the 365pak platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 365pak enforces a strict 21+ age policy and reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds returned in accordance with applicable regulations.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player or be subject to any cooling-off period on the 365pak platform.
• You must be legally permitted to access and use online gaming services under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. Providing false information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any account balance.
• You must not have had a previous 365pak account terminated for breach of these Terms.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the 365pak platform. Creating multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") for any purpose — including circumventing bonus restrictions, self-exclus ion, or any other reason — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and balances forfeited.

During registration, 365pak will request personal information including your full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method. This information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You consent to the collection and use of this information by completing the registration process.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 365pak account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

Any activity that occurs on your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 365pak support immediately via live chat at [email protected]. 365pak will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate credential security.

• You must keep your registered email address and contact details current and accurate at all times.
• You must not permit any other person to use your account, including family members.
• You must not access the accounts of other players under any circumstances.
• You must log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• You must notify 365pak promptly if you become aware of any errors, discrepancies, or unauthorised transactions on your account.

365pak reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks ("KYC") on any account at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the time period specified by 365pak may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

365pak accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts, maximum deposit limits, processing times, and applicable fees are displayed in the cashier section of the platform and may be updated from time to time.

All deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. 365pak does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party source, it will be returned and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

• Minimum Deposit: PKR 200 (subject to payment method minimums).
• Withdrawal Processing: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Withdrawal Verification: 365pak reserves the right to request identity and payment verification documents before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal to Original Method: Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in line with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Currency: All account balances, bets, and winnings are denominated in PKR unless otherwise specified for USDT TRC20 transactions.

365pak does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees. 365pak accepts no responsibility for fees levied by third-party payment processors.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

365pak offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which are published alongside each offer in the Promotions section of the platform.

The following general bonus conditions apply across all 365pak promotions unless a specific offer's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages per game category are listed in the individual offer terms.
• Time Limits: All bonus offers carry an expiry period. Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the stated period will be forfeited automatically.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While wagering with an active bonus, the maximum permitted single bet is PKR 500 or 10% of the bonus value (whichever is lower), unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Maximum Cashout: Some bonus offers carry a cap on the maximum winnings that may be withdrawn. This cap is stated in the relevant offer terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Depositing while a bonus is active will not trigger a new bonus until the active bonus is completed or cleared.
• Abuse Prevention: 365pak reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation is detected.

365pak reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to bonus terms will not apply retroactively to bonuses already claimed and in progress.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 365pak sportsbook and casino are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or market. These rules are accessible within each game or betting market interface. The following general betting rules apply across all 365pak products:

• Bets are confirmed and binding once accepted by the 365pak system. You may not cancel or amend a bet after it has been confirmed, except where a cash-out option is explicitly offered.
• 365pak reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from technical or human error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, the 365pak platform records constitute the definitive source of truth. No verbal, screenshot-based, or third-party evidence will be accepted as an alternative to platform records.
• Maximum bet and maximum payout limits apply per market and per game. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface.
• Cricket and PSL betting markets are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC). Abandoned or suspended matches are settled in accordance with the specific market rules displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to connection speed and platform availability. 365pak accepts no liability for bets not placed due to connectivity issues on the player's end.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 365pak platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to: chargeback fraud, payment fraud, identity fraud, or bonus abuse.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other means of location obfuscation to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any financial transaction unrelated to legitimate gaming activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 365pak staff or other players through any channel.
• Creating or using a 365pak account on behalf of another person without their explicit consent and with fraudulent intent.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 365pak platform — including but not limited to the 365pak name, logo, game graphics, software, text, design elements, promotional materials, and user interface components — is the exclusive intellectual property of 365pak or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 365pak platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any 365pak content in any manner without prior written consent from 365pak.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 365pak, its directors, employees, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to platform downtime, technical errors, or connectivity issues.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to maintain adequate security.
• Any reliance placed on information, odds, or statistics published on the platform.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any part thereof.

In all cases, 365pak's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Responsible Gaming

365pak is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all players. We acknowledge that for some players, gaming can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 365pak account holders at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the 365pak platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen notifications displaying the duration of your current gaming session.

11. Suspension & Termination

365pak reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility requirements.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Behaviour that 365pak reasonably considers harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players.
• Requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

You may close your 365pak account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining balance (subject to completed wagering requirements and standard verification) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of 365pak's operating licence. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the 365pak platform shall be resolved through the following process:

1. Direct Resolution: You must first contact 365pak support and allow a reasonable period (no fewer than 14 days) for the matter to be resolved informally.
2. Formal Complaint: If informal resolution is unsuccessful, you may submit a formal written complaint to [email protected], which will be reviewed by 365pak's compliance team within 28 days.
3. Escalation: If the matter remains unresolved following the formal complaint process, you may escalate to the relevant dispute resolution body under 365pak's operating licence.

These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction of residence.

13. Amendments to These Terms

365pak reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or through an in-platform notification at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the changes.

Your continued use of the 365pak platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date. Amendments apply prospectively and will not alter the terms applicable to bets or transactions already in progress at the time of amendment.
